Alysia Scott

“Scotty” is a powerhouse at TCSA and at 4 Seasons Transportation. She is a Transfer Care Specialist and Fleet Operations Manager at 4 Seasons and our TCA Philosophy of Care instructor at the Academy. In Fleet, she single-handedly cares for over 200 TCS buses and vans and their corresponding drivers. While her background is in horticulture, graduating from Olds College, people have become her passion. She says, “The relationships I have with the students I drive and the other Transfer Care Specialists in the company are irreplaceable and heartwarming.” Her infectious smile and enthusiastic teaching make her one of our most dynamic teachers. She also has a husband and three active children at home.

Tiffany Baratta

Tiffany has been a driver with 4 Seasons Transportation, our partner company near our home office, and has been an intregal part of our in-house training team taking on our most intense course--PRCI. She has also provided support in the development of our online academy, TCSA, handling much of the financial aspects of the company. Before TCSA, Tiffany studied business at University of Alberta and then worked in insurance. Tiffany's connection to working with TCSA is personal. She is the aunt of children with special needs but recognizes their abilities outweight their disabilities. She has learned patience and compassion for the guests in her care. She has two young children of her own who provide her real-time practice of her communication and conflict resolution skills.
